Tony has come to Phromthep Muay Thai Camp for 1 month of weight loss & fitness training. Tony was 119 kg when he arrived @ Phuket & wants to be under 100kgs before he departs in one month. Tony is off to a GOOD start and has joined the 6am running group + the 9:30 am morning swim group + training Thai boxing in the GYM twice a day.
Tony is currently being fueled by the VEGAN green smoothie diet.
Mike England

Mike has come to Phromthep Muay Thai Camp for 2 months of Fitness training in the TROPICS @ Phuket Thailand. Mike has been training hard @ the GYM ... running, swimming, cycling + doing 2 hour Private Thai Boxing session's. Mike has improved his diet with healthy nutrient dense foods ( green smoothie diet).
Mike was 120kg when he came to Phuket for his fitness & weight loss holiday. Mikes goal was to get his body weight under 100kgs. Mike is currently down to 78 kg.

Mike is thinking about coming back to Phuket to prepare for & race in the 2010 PHUKET Triathlon to be held on 28th November 2010

This is the 3rd time Darius has come to Phuket for a fitness training holiday.
Darius is a writer of fiction & likes to come to Phuket for the lifestyle, the fitness & the focus that living in a Thai Boxing camp brings. Darius is training hard every day doing a mixture of yoga, running, weight training, Thai boxing & he will soon add swimming to his daily exercise routine. Darius has already lost 7kg’s of unwanted body weight & is looking to shed another 8kg by the end of January.

During their 1 year adventure holiday Nicole & Troy done volunteer work in south America, Africa & Nepal. They climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, trekked to base camp Mt Everest, Cycled coast to coast @ Costa Rica, trained Muay Thai boxing in Thailand.
