Take Note: Students that have already paid for Fight Training are entitled to discounted Private Training sessions @ 500 Thai Baht per session.
Fight Training
6 hours a day of Training
Monday to Saturday - morning run starts @ 6am
Morning Training - 7am till 9am
Afternoon Training - 4pm till 7pm
Private Training (1 hour)
1 hour of personal training each day.
Available Monday to Saturday 9am - 7pm.
Private Training (2 hours)
2 hours of One on One training each day.
Available Monday to Saturday 9am - 7pm.
2 hours of training can be done as 1 hour of private training in the morning & another hour of private training in the afternoon or you can do ONE BIG 2 hour private training session each day.

Equipment you will need for Training
12 oz Boxing gloves = 1500 Thai Baht
Hand wraps = 400 Thai Baht
Shin guards = 700 Thai Baht
All boxing equipment mentioned above is all available FOR SALE @ the GYM shop
Transportation
Mountain bike = 3.000 THB per month
Mountain Bike = 1.000 THB per week
Motor Bike / Moped = 4.000 THB per month
Motor Bike / Moped = 1.200 THB per week
Hire Car = 30.000 THB per month
Hire Car = 1.000 THB per day
Take Note: Phromthep Muay Thai Camp is within easy walking distance to resturants, shops & beaches. Transport is NOT needed by most students @ the GYM.
(walking is safe, cheap & good for your feet & fitness)
Food & Water
Thai Food (The average Thai meal = 50 THB per meal)
Foreign Food (The average foreign meal @ 300 THB per meal)
Water = 20 THB per 2 litre bottle
Average person drinks 4 - 6 liters (2 - 4 bottles) of water per day
Other Expenses
Internet Cafe - 40 THB per hour
Laundry Service - 40 THB per load
Night out drinking @ a BAR 1000 THB
