WHAT A DAY @ PHROMTHEP Muay Thai Camp !
Im hiding out in Thailand waiting for a flight back to Australia. Keeping the story short… My greedy Thai business partners @ Phromthep Muay Thai Camp (Goong & her nasty family) have set me up to be arrested so they can take over control of the gym & gym web site. PHROMTHEP Muay Thai Camp @ Rawai beach Phuket Thailand. Things dident go to plan for them and I refused to sign over the web site, instead I deleted it, changed the ftp access & password and now im hiding out in a safe place while I wait for a flight back to Australia.

NEW GYM .. coming soon..
PHROMTHEP will soon be opening its second gym at the north of the Island.
The focus of the 2nd GYM will be FITNESS >> (1) Triathlon training (2) Fitness Training (3) Detoxing (4) Muay Thai Private one on one training sessions ONLY.
The Location is 800 meters from the beach, their are NO bars or bar girls, No tourists shops, No Tuk Tuks or Taylor's, No seven elevens stores, No night clubs or detractions in the area.
The beach has No jet skis or deck chairs for hire, No stray dogs, and No one trying to sell you stuff.
The 1st stage of the GYM accommodation, restaurant & training area will be completed by April 2012. Detoxing center will be completed by November 2012.

BODY composition Testing
Now available @ PHROMTHEP muaythai camp
BODY composition testing is now available @ PHROMTHEP Muaythai Camp.
Test your body weight / body fat / lean muscle mass / bone density.
We test you on your first day training @ PHROMTHEP muaythai camp & again before you depart for home. The test results will show you how much fat / body weight you have lost during your training @ PHROMTHEP + it will also show any increase in muscle mass & water retention.
Testing your BODY composition each week will allow you to adjust your training, diet & fluid intake to reach your desired goals. If you are lacking in water (dehydrated) the body fitness test will show this in the results.
ALL Bungalows at PHROMTHEP Muaythai Camp are NON Smoking Bungalows. Students caught smoking inside their bungalow will be Charged a 3000 THB service fee for cleaning of the Air conditioning & bedding. Get caught smoking in your room a second time and we ask you to leave the gym accommodation minus another 3000 THB service fee.
(This rule is STRICTly enforced !)

At PHROMTHEP MUAYTHAI CAMP WE ARE happy TO GIVE REFUNDs.
WE give 100% refund on training fees & food but refund's on accommodation @ the GYM will be taxed 30%.
Example: If you come for a month and decide after 1 week that you need to go home early and request a refund, The refund will be as follows ...
One month Training = 10.000 THB YOU paid
We charge 1 week @ the weekly rate of 3000 THB / We refund you = 7000 THB
One month Food = 8500 THB YOU paid
We charge 1 weeks food @ 2500 THB/ We refund you = 6000 THB
One month private Bungalow = 17.000 THB YOU paid
We charge the weekly rate @ 5000 THB then we tax the balance of your accommodation refund by 30% .... > 12.000 THB - 30% = (3.600 THB TAX)

GROUP TRAINING: We try to keep Group training to approx 25 students per session. We still have available space for 2 - 3 more students in the Group training between Christmas & New Years.
PRIVATE TRAINING ... available EVERY day between 9am - 7pm
- (1 hour private training per day / 6 day week = 4000 THB
- (2 hour's private training per day / 6 day week = 7000 THB
- (3 hours training a day (half & half training package) = 5000 THB THB per week)
Half & Half Training Package = 1hour of Private training + 1 group training session each day / 6 day week.. A TOTAL of 3 hours Training each day !

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ PHROMTHEP)

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on ground fighting.
It teaches that a smaller person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique - most notably by applying joint-locks and choke holds to defeat the other person.

Harlee Avison (19 yeras old from QLD Australia) will be back Training @ PHROMTHEP Muaythai Camp by 15th September 2010. Harlee has been in Australia on 4 months holidays after a BIG year of FIGHTING in 2009 with more than 15 fights. Harlee is now rested and will soon be back training @ PHROMTHEP for his next fight.

Wayne from Australia breaks his arm early in round 2 @ Patong Muay Thai Stadium. Wayne is in hospital for the night awaiting an operation to fix the break.
(If you look close @ the x-ray you can see the elbow is also dislocated)
UPDATE: Wayne had a plate put in his arm and will be out of action for 3 - 5 months.
His opperation to repair the broken arm cost's 50,000 Thai baht .
At Phromthep Muay Thai camp we have developed our own Fighters Medical Fund to help cover OUR fighter's from unexpected & potental HUGE hospital or dental bills from fighting or fight training @ Phromthep Muay Thai Camp.
The fighters prize money from their FIRST fight Only is TAXED 1000 Thai baht (approx $30).
&dental expenses from fight related injuries.
(Motor Bike accidents are NOT covered by the Fighters Medical Fund)

Kings Cup 2009 @ Bangkok
Harlee Avison (18 years Old) from Brisbane Australia will fight @ the 2009 Kings Cup Tournament at Bangkok Thailand on 4th December. Harlee will fight a foreign fighter from Super Pro Gym @ Koh Saumi.
The fight will be at @ 68kg...
Fight Results- The fight was stopped in the 5th round because of to much blood, Harlee lost by 5th Round TKO.

The main training area of the GYM is still a few weeks from completion but we have set up a temporary training area for our small group of Fight & Fitness students. Private One on One training sessions with Yib are available @ Discounts rates + Fight training with YIB is available @ 5000 THB per month. (Valid intill the end of October 2009).

Harlee has been living / training & fighting full time in Thailand since he was 16 years old.
He spent the first 2 years training @ Por Pramuk Gym with K1 MAX superstar Baukaw. Harlee just turned 18 years of age & has already clocked up 19 pro fights.
Harlee has recently moved from Por Pramuk GYM in Bangkok & is now living, training & fighting full time @ Phromthep Muaythai Camp.

Construction of the NEW Phromthep Muaythai Camp started 30th April 2009.
Stage #1 is the Gym restaurant, internet cafe & chill out lounge with BIG screen TV +
the main training area with 2 x boxing rings + 10 x heavy bags, office, changing rooms, toilets, Fighters & Trainers accommodation + Dannys Bungalow / Office.
Stage #1 should be completed & READY for training by 1st September 2009
